CAMEL TREK MARATHON FOR EXPATS & VISITORS IN THE UAE 2020
Under the directive of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai , the marathon was held during the Arabian Camel Festival under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan.
After the amazing experience with the ‘HHC Camel Trek’, exploring the vast desert of the Empty Quarter.
I had the opportunity to discover more of the UAE's heritage sport and participated in the Camel Marathon training, discovered the racing camels and became familiar with the racetrack.
I was runner-up at the Marathon, and really thankful to the team and trainers for their trust, and allowing me to realize another dream.
Thanks to the HHC, for their vision to preserve and share the Emirati heritage among the different people and cultures of the world.
