THE 70TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS BETWEEN JAPAN AND THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA

On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Japan,it was an honor to speak in the presence of H.E. Ambassador Dr. Ghazi Faisal Binzagr at Tokyo Midtown Hibiya.

Saudi Arabia has lived in my imagination since childhood, shaped by my parents’ stories.

Through my journey, I discovered its hidden beauty — its land, its culture, its spirit,and above all, the people at its heart, the ones who shaped the Kingdom.

I share this love as a bridge between Saudi Arabia and Japan — from heart to heart.

This is why I call it the Kingdom of the Heart.

I am deeply grateful for these shared moments and to all who made this occasion so special.

Truly honored to meet H.E. Ambassador Dr. Ghazi Faisal Binzagr and to be warmly welcomed at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A moment connecting childhood memories — when my father used to visit the Embassy in Japan — now shared with my mother.
